Software developer notes

Finally found the time to change the manual transmission oil.
When I got under the car, a sad sight greeted me. The entire bottom of the transmission and the engine oil pan were covered in oil residue. I suspect the crankshaft seals are leaking. Can anyone suggest what else could be leaking? Are there any other seals in the transmission itself? Here are the photos themselves. As for the repair, I bought drain and filler plugs, washers, and of course, the oil itself (part numbers can be found in the build log). By the way, I was surprised that the drain plug is not magnetic at all, as many people say. I refilled the oil using a Janet syringe. I used MTF 75W-85, 3 liters (about 2.2 liters went in). Also, I was surprised that the fluid I drained was almost like water (in the sense that I didn't notice any viscosity at all).
